How we calculate refunds

Return Wise refunds the price a customer actually paid for an item — the discounted unit price, after any order-level discount is spread across the line. That math is shown on the return portal before the shopper submits, and again in your queue, so nothing about the number is a black box. If you charge a return or restocking fee, it's shown before submit too.
